AMPD Financial AMPD Bucks™ (Cashback Rewards) Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
The Ampd Financial Ampd Bucks™ Rewards Program (“Program”) allows eligible customers to earn cash rewards on qualifying purchases made with their Ampd Debit. Rewards are calculated based on individual merchant offers and are deposited directly into the user’s Ampd Checking Account.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Maintain an active Ampd Checking Account in good standing.
Hold a valid Ampd payment debit card
Be a legal resident of the United States, aged 18 or older.
Good Standing: Accounts that are frozen, delinquent, or suspected of fraudulent activity are ineligible to earn or receive rewards.
3. Earning Rewards
Unlike flat-rate programs, Ampd Financial offers Variable Rewards based on the specific retailer or business where a transaction occurs.
Variable Rates: Ampd Bucks™ percentages vary by merchant and are subject to change without notice. Current rates for specific retailers are displayed within the "Rewards Hub" in the Ampd Mobile App.
Merchant Category Codes (MCC): Rewards are determined by the MCC assigned to a merchant by the payment network (Visa/Mastercard). Ampd is not responsible if a merchant uses a code that does not qualify for a specific bonus rate.
Net Purchases: Rewards are earned on "Net Purchases" (total purchase amount minus taxes, shipping, returns, or credits).
Exclusions: The following do not qualify for rewards:
Cash advances, ATM withdrawals, and "Cash Back" at point-of-sale.
Peer-to-peer transfers (e.g., Venmo, CashApp).
Prepaid card loads or cryptocurrency purchases.
Fees, interest charges, or fraudulent transactions.
4. Direct Deposit & Timing
Automatic Deposit: Earned Ampd bucks™ will be deposited directly into your Ampd Checking Account.
Processing Time: While many rewards track instantly, the actual deposit typically occurs within [3–7] business days after the transaction has fully settled (not while it is "Pending").
Merchant Delays: Some specific merchant-linked offers (e.g., online travel or high-value retail) may require a verification period of up to 60 days to ensure no returns were made.
5. Returns and Adjustments
Clawbacks: If you return an item for which you received cash back, Ampd Financial reserves the right to deduct the rewarded amount from your Checking Account or offset it against future rewards.
Negative Balances: In the event of a return where your rewards balance is zero, your rewards account may reflect a negative balance until neutralized by future spend.
6. Program Changes & Termination
Right to Modify: Ampd Financial reserves the right to change, limit, or terminate the Program, including specific merchant rates, at any time.
Notice: We will provide 30 days' notice for any material changes that negatively impact your ability to earn or keep rewards unless fraud is suspected.
